“The facilities were very good & the children had a nice time On the final 3 nights of our stay, the Friday foam party for the children was cancelled, 31 October. Due to a party for the local people which went on late into the night. Music so loud that our 4 children could not sleep. Sally at the hotel offered our family to go to the sister hotel, as she said Grand Aquarium would be extremely busy & the children probably wouldnt enjoy their night & that there would be nowhere to sit. This then led to the same situation the following night, meaning that again, we had to go elsewhere for the evening. It was a huge inconvinience & we were not offered any compensation for the inconvinience. We would like some form of compensation, as a result of the above issues. Extremely dissapointed, given this was a family holiday, with children. Please advise how you intend to resolve this with us?”
