“The main problem of the hotel is CoralTravel's guide called Maxim from Odesa. He is angry, rude person. I strongly recommend to fire him. Because my impression of the vacation would be much better without him. One of the 3 pools (I swom only in 1 pool, which has a small bridge) has bad bottom coverage. I almost cut myself (my legs) several times. It was without blood, but painful still. Hotel staff (at least all Turkish guys are very friendly and helpful, thank you for all of the team). Food was very various (this very good), but delicious was non-healthy food, excluding vegetables. Fruits were without any taste (excluding plums and oranges). Anyway I always was able to find something to eat. Room was okay. I did not expect a lot from it and I did not receive a lot)) At least there was conditioner and it was working. This was the main option required for me and it satisfied me.”
