“The staff of the hotel is excellent !! Elif and Tolga from concierge services were so kind and helpful, as were all the staff in the restaurants and the ski rental and housekeeping. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had whatever we needed. The food was excellent and abundant for all three meals and tea-time. The massage — especially the anti-stress massage — is highly recommended. and indoor/outdoor pool for relaxing after skiing. Ski in/ski out with large lockers for the ski gear, billiards, ping pong and comfortable lounge area made it a perfect holiday. We will recommend it to everyone !! And we hope to come back. Also, the concierge system was so well run — any small problems were dealt with right away. Bad smell from the plumbing in one of the rooms. The shower supplies could be improved. The bottle marked conditioner was not even conditioner, but they came and changed it right away. I say this only to suggest improvement for the future.”
