“The best part of this hotel is their WONDERFUL STAFF. Without such excellent staff we would probably not have enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had one specific request to find a way for me to watch some TV channels so they went out to buy a small box-device to make it happen. The first attempt didn't work so they tried again the next day with a different device which worked. We were so pleased because much of our time was spent in the room recovering from a small surgery and TV was such a needed part of our stay. The day manager there (Mr Murat) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you to all the staff ! If you take a sea-view room as we did, the view is great. Easy location for walking along the sea-front. The bathroom in the room is in need of refurbishing -it's a bit worn-out in places. The sink tap broke while we were there, but the wonderful staff came up in within minutes of reporting it and spent an hour until it was completely fixed. The breakfast selection is somewhat poor compared to other hotels in Izmir - but that is the responsibility of the hotel owners !! Dear Owners:- You need to offer better than that ! However, again the staff came to the rescue and were amazing and tried to get you other things from the kitchen if you asked.”
