“We enjoyed our stay immensely. Most of all, we were impressed by the friendlyness of the staff. Especially Mustafa at the reception was an incredible host. He did everything to make us feel welcome, was always happy to chat and spoiled us with the best tipps for our stay (where to go, what to see, which dishes to try). The breakfast with the view over the city was also amazing and so delicious. A must try in our opinion is the Muhammara, it was truly amazing! Unfortunately the room was a lot smaller than expected (there was no place we could store our suitcases) and when we first arrived there were still some bits of dirt below the window and the drain in the bathroom unfortunately had a bit of a bad smell. Also, the shampoo and shower gel are nicely placed in sustainable containers but those would often drop from their fixtures (especially after pumping) so that's not an ideal solution. Also, the pool in the spa was broken for one day and the other days it wasn't heated. As the weather was rather cold outside it was not every inviting to swim in the cold water. On the other hand, the steam room was SO hot, that you could only stay in there for a couple of minutes, which we flagged to the spa staff but they said there is no other settings.”
