“Air conditioner was working, location The room did not correspond to the images presented!!! It was in a very outdated and worn condition, and extremely small. The bathroom was in poor hygienic condition, with visible mold. Even the door handle appeared unclean and unpleasant to use. This specifically concerned room 107. The door was not properly sealed, resulting in considerable noise disturbance from outside, and light from the hallway was clearly visible inside the room. The bed linens did not appear consistently fresh and were not regularly changed. The walls throughout the room and bathroom were not freshly painted, and the bathroom ceiling was in a particularly poor state—damaged, stained, and affected by mold. The lighting situation was also inadequate. There was no proper ceiling light; instead, only two small bedside fixtures were installed. Additionally, there was no functional light switch, requiring the bulbs to be manually unscrewed in order to turn off the lights. The breakfast offering was also of very low quality and did not meet reasonable expectations.”
