“location, swimming pool, sauna. Breakfast, for a 5 STAR RATED hotel I was expecting a lot more in breakfast, for example there was no Chief or Cook to ask if we would like Fired Egg sunny side on top, No fried egg or fries or hush brown in Manu for breakfast, very little option in pastry section, Pure Honey tray always empty. according to reception my Room was upgraded to superior Room, its supposed to be better and sound proof, but literally you could hear anything in next room. I was on the phone about 12:30 midnight, my next door came knocked in my door to reduce the sound. the room walls are too tin and very disappointing.”
