“Amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thank you to Kasra at the reception desk. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. His positive attitude, warm smile, and excellent service made a great impression on me. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making it easy to get around Istanbul and visit different parts of the city. I also really appreciated that the hotel allowed me a late check-out and was very accommodating to my request. That level of customer service means a lot. The neighborhood is great, safe, and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. If I come back to Istanbul in the future, I will definitely stay here again.
