“Friendly staff The place reeks of cigarettes, because the staff allows guests to smoke cigarettes right in the main lobby. The day manager apologize for allowing this and said he wouldn’t allow anyone to do it again. And he also said that he would warn the night manager. Unfortunately, the night manager did not pay attention to the directions :( Even the night manager was smoking in entryway!!! and then he pretended to be so stupid that he had no idea that the Smoke would flow directly inside while standing directly in the entrance. 🤦‍♂️ 😡 I was so mad! I almost decided to book another hotel right then, but he promised it would not happen again. On top of this, the toilet paper holder cover was so sharp that when I reached to get toilet paper and sliced my finger, and it is still bleeding, even now as I write this. Every time you turn the heater/Air Conditioner on in the room, it blows air that smells like cigarettes because they allow their customers to smoke in the room, so of course the air unit reeks of cigarettes..,”
