“There are very few hotels that get everything right and this is one one of those hotels. Decent, well decorated rooms good amenities and toiletries, excellent staff, attention to detail and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. We were there for our anniversary and they were kind enough to give a cake and decorate the room which was a sweet gesture But can't emphasise enough how well trained and polite the staff were 10 on !0 . That's what you want from an established hotel. There was nothing within the hotel that I did not like, everything was spot on. From rooms, to pools, to hamam. Loved everything If there is anything they can do better is perhaps regulate the taxis outside and ensure that only those with valid receipts and meters are allowed. On our way back to the airport we booked a taxi which charged us double the amount saying paying by card entails extra and then couldn't even give receipt.”
