“Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a bus station only a 10–15 minute walk away and a grocery store just 5 minutes away. There were also several nice cafés nearby, which I really enjoyed. One of the highlights was the swimming pool. The water was pleasantly warm, making it very enjoyable to use. The only downside was that the pool staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. The hotel staff in general were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were some issues with cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, the floor was quite dirty, and the balcony was covered in dust. The windows were also noticeably dirty. Guests should also be aware that the kitchen is very basic. It does not have an oven, and there was no frying pan available. Basic items such as salt, a kitchen towel, and a sponge were not provided. Another issue was that the electricity went out one morning. Although the problem was resolved within about two hours, there were no updates or communication from the hotel during that time. In summary, the hotel offers a convenient location, a nice pool, and friendly staff, but improvements in cleanliness, kitchen equipment, and guest communication would make the experience much better.”
