“If you're looking for a comfortable, cosy yet affordable boutique hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet, look no further than 1207 Special Class Sultanahmet. The hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Cistern, etc. Tram stops are also nearby. The rooms are comfy and well-equipped. Breakfast is also very good, with a large variety of food to cater for all tastes. The service at this hotel is something you won't experience in a big hotel. I would like to make special mention of Mesut, who went out of his way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The personal touch we experienced there is rare these days. We also booked a day tour with their driver, which we thought was good value for money. If we go back to Istanbul one day, we will definitely stay there again if it is still there. It's a gem. Nothing I can think of.”
