“Amazing place. Staff were perfect, everything was super clean and comfortable. Particular mention for Firat at the Amber restaurant, I mentioned I was vegetarian and he went out of his way to ensure I had the best experience. Italian not my fav, Asian pretty good. Hiring a cabana levelled up the experience, felt super luxe would definitely recommend. We had Czemi as our server twice and he was so attentive and made the day perfect. My only negative is the shower/bath combo in our room- at 5’3” it was a struggle to climb in and out safely and I have a massive bruise on one leg from a slip. It’s not safe for anyone with mobility challenges. Fresh orange juice at the breakfast buffet anywhere else is that “nectar” stuff. Buffet was the best I have seen,especially as a vegetarian although the allergen symbols need to be bigger for my middle aged eyes! Nice that vegan is recognised too. Hairdryer is one of those attached to the wall in the bathroom jobs, probably like a Braun silencio, not great not awful.”
