“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of the stay was the warm hospitality from the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary welcome drinks and cakes, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel valued as guests from the very beginning. Overall, the combination of the great location, attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. I would happily consider staying here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping maintained the rooms well throughout my stay. However, it was noticeable that the property is somewhat older or has experienced significant wear over time. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my first room. The shower enclosure was leaking badly and flooded the bathroom every time I showered. I reported the problem, but I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and could not move me immediately. To their credit, they arranged a room change the following day. In the second room, the bathroom itself did not flood after showering. However, when I stepped out of the bathroom, I discovered that a section of the carpet outside was extremely wet. This gave the impression that there may have been a previous or recurring water leakage issue in that area. The affected section of carpet appeared noticeably newer than the surrounding carpet, and parts of the wall showed signs of what looked like previous water damage. While the staff handled the room change professionally and the hotel was kept very clean, the repeated water-related issues in two different rooms suggest that some maintenance and refurbishment work may be needed.”
