“The entrance to the hotel, was very appealing. The reception area was spotless and the staff smiling and ready to help. Our room (1301) was large enough, clean and bright with a pool view, we had many complimentary items, which were all very useful.and the fridge was restocked everyday & Rooms cleaned everyday. The food was varied, plenty of choice for adults & children, looked appetising. The pools and areas were always clean, Sultan does a wonderful job, and was very helpful when my grandaughter was unwell one day. Was impressed there were always sunbeds available around the pools. The boy delivering drinks round the pool was very fast & efficient and remembered our drinks order everyday. Bar service was good also at the bars. Something that wasn't 100% were the consistency with cocktails, some were ok, but mainly the staff wasn't very knowledgeable of ingredients and the drinks were wasted. (we just stuck to lager in the end). We tried the Dragon restaurant one evening, We wasn't very impressed with the food or service unfortunately. One thing I wasn't so happy with was the lack of daytime activities, no one was coming round giving information or asking if people wanted to join. The man from the Spa was quite irritating & pushy i felt. The chikdrens evening entertainment is very loud and repetative. Also The Adult entertainment wasn't great. There was smelly cat poo, in the amphitheatre area too which was disgusting. The worst thing we found was actually totally out of your control the infrastructure outside the hotel, pavements broken and covered with rubble, major roadworks and noise, it made it very difficult walking with prams & young children. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again if in the area. We would ( and have already) recommended our friends 💯 Inconsistency with cocktails, lacking in varied entertainment, cat poo around amphitheatre, Pedestrian areas outside of hotel.”
