“We came back for the second time, we really liked everything, the hotel staff surprised us, we received a gift, we were invited to a regular customer party, the women received gel, dessert and a delicious cocktail, the staff was very helpful, the food was great, there was really a lot of everything, the evening programs were good, the spa was great, we had to practice some armwrestling, special thanks to loby bar, Denis was doing fast and nice koctails, we had a great vacation Maybe we were a little disappointed with the DJ at the disco, they should take more into account what the audience likes, and there was a problem at the reception on the day of check-out. The day before we left, we asked if there was anything like a late check-out, they said everything was fine, but the next day, when the reception staff changed, there was a disagreement that we had to vacate the room by 12 noon, although the day before that, when I asked, they didn't mention anything about the time, but everything was fine”
