“If this hotel was my first visit to Turkey I would not go back. On arrival all looked well, lovely lobby. We checked in then off to our room. I'm disabled and use an electric wheelchair. The lift was far too small. I had to lift my foot shelf & cram myself in to let the door close. This was supposed to be an all-inclusive hotel. The lobby bar closed at 11pm. Which in its self is not that annoying. What was annoying was that it completely closed. Couldn't even buy a drink. The next morning sitting the lobby , couldn't get a coffee as the bar didn't open till 10am. Even though there was a member of staff behind the bar!! So had to go down stairs to the restaurant for 2 cups of coffee. Then it closed between 7pm & 8.30pm so couldn't a drink before our evening meal. Also drinks served in the lobby bar were all in plastic cups. I also as other reviews have mentioned, most staff were not friendly. This is extremely rare for Turkey. The one thing that was excellent was the food. We lasted 2 days. Booked into another hotel for the remainder of our holiday. Adonis didn't even ask why we checking out early. It was a hotel we've been to before. The contrast was extraordinary. Friendly welcome. Waiter service throughout the hotel & proper glasses & cups! Avoid this hotel. Many many other excellent hotels in Antalya”
