“Staff was kind, breakfast was nice, and the small wellness area is nice - although quite abandoned. First, we were put to a tiny and dark room, where most things were broken: most of the lights, the bathroom door, the shower head, shower door... The bed was unacceptable: very old, and the bedlinen had holes on it burnt by cigarettes. The room was not clean either, there was a dirty towel, and someone's hair in the bed, along with lack of vacuum cleaning. Soundproofing was nonexistent, and I could hear people speaking in the adjoining rooms. Once we asked to be moved to another room, we received a room which was clean and spacious. Still, it was so old, that most of the things were broken, with paint peeling off the ceiling... The windows had holes on them, they did not seal well, and you could hear the bar downstairs until early morning hours.”
