“This is our second year here, and I honestly don’t know where to begin. What I love most about this hotel is the staff. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would like to start with the two young men at the reception who help with the luggage. They are incredibly polite and helpful, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Every single waiter is kind, smiling, and professional. The entertainment team is more than excellent – the group of four young men and three young women do an amazing job and create a fantastic atmosphere. I also absolutely love the girls working in the Kids Club. I would especially like to mention a young man named Zeka, as well as several other staff members who work hard cleaning the hotel and maintaining the pool area. They all deserve great praise for their effort and dedication. There is only one small thing that caught my attention. As someone who owns a restaurant and manages a team of around 30 employees, I understand a little about working with staff. One of the supervisors or managers called out loudly to Zeka in front of everyone and told him to clean a toilet bowl. We all heard it and saw it happen, and it felt a little inappropriate and uncomfortable. Such instructions could perhaps be given more privately and respectfully. Apart from that, the staff are truly wonderful, and they are the main reason we enjoy returning to this hotel. ❤️ Perhaps the food selection at the beach could be a little more varied, as it tends to be quite similar every day.”
