“Excellent location – The hotel is situated in a great spot, making it easy to explore the area. Stunning view – I stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was absolutely incredible—whether it was morning, evening, or during the day, it was always a joy to look out. Balcony swing – A lovely touch! It made relaxing outside even more enjoyable. Comfortable room temperature – The air conditioner worked well, cooling the room efficiently without blowing directly on us. It was comfortable to leave it on all day, which made the stay even more pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff – The staff were truly wonderful—very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the boy with curly hair and the girl with red hair—they, along with the rest of the team, really did their best to ensure we had a good stay. They deserve a raise for their efforts! Lack of basic amenities – There was a boiler in the room, but no coffee or tea provided during our stay. Also, only one 800ml bottle of water was provided for three people every three days, which was not enough. Repetitive breakfast – The kitchen served nearly the same types of food every morning. It would be nice to see more variety. Coffee/tea service – You have to ask staff for every single cup of coffee or tea during breakfast, which can be a bit uncomfortable, although the staff were always polite about it. Maintenance issues – On the fourth day, we experienced water dripping from upstairs into both the bathroom and bedroom, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness – The floor in our room wasn’t properly mopped during our stay. Despite these issues, the good outweighed the bad for me, mostly thanks to the location, view, and the staff. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.”
