“I'd book this property for a friend of mine. excellent location, very clean, renewal property. Only problem (but a big problem!) was: The description of the reserved room states: "ROOM DISCRIPTION: in the kitchen guests will find stovetop, washing mashine, dishwasher " but after selecting the room and at the last stage, there is an item on the reservation form that states: "Important information: there is kitchen in our rooms, but equipment such as pots, pans, plates, etc. are provided for stays of 20 days or more." However, after the passengers entered the room, the room manager refused and prevented the passengers from using the gas stove, washing machine, and dishwasher, because of that important info option. Of course, the problem was solved by changing the room and paying an additional fee!!”
