“Firstly the staff are 5*+, they cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much effort. The manageress is always on hand in case of any problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently, she is also very welcoming and always has a smile on her face, thank you for making us feel welcome and at home. We visited this hotel the same time last year. The price is so reasonable for the service you receive. The food has turned up a notch even more from our last visit, it's beautiful. We have stayed in 5* hotels which never even nearly delivered the brilliant service that El Mouradi does. The hotel is well maintained, clean and just a happy place to be. Thank you to the manageress and all the staff for the excellent job you do. We will see you again in August 😍😍😍”
