“A group of us went 29th August for two weeks and will definitely be going back. I can’t comment on food as I’m a fussy eater but nobody complained and my 11 year old loved trying new things I stuck to salad chips and watermelon. The staff were brilliant locked myself out a few times but the lady at the desk helped every time in a friendly manner I was worried about annoying her. On site they have a tattoo place he’s brilliant a few of us got one as a memory and henna for kids which my daughter loved. I highly recommend the spa they are brilliant a few of us went in more than once. The animation team were great always trying to include everyone we had an amazing time with them and the pool foam party loved it. There’s a photographer he’s lovely and good at what he does he even sent me some I didn’t pay for when I got home thank you so much. Saleem was a great help with day trips he became a friend he won’t let anyone rip you off either lovely man. All in all we had the best holiday at this hotel thank you so much we will be back soon”
