“Location was good the hotel was nearby shops but the hotel needs more upgrades and cleanness wasn’t good at all the bedrooms get’s tidy but not what I expected it’s very dusty toilets had a bad smell I stayed in a Bangalore for two nights which was a disaster there was insects the room was very dirty the shower and the toilet was the most. The room is outdated which could have been improved the mattress was so bad i couldn’t sleep and also the balcony was down stairs was so open I had no privacy and people walk across which I found it so uncomfortable I couldn’t also sit there which was so open no gate I couldn’t even hung my clothes either the bungalow show be demolished and rebuilt so after that they gave us the hotel rooms which was much better and the big slide was outside was not in use very disappointed which has been stopped for 5 yrs and also the small slide comes on only for an hr The hotel staffs treated the European people better than non European which was very upsetting this was my first time in that hotel the food was the same tasted really bad most the times we had to go out and eat foods need improving with flavours the entertainment was only for kids nothing for teenagers or adults There needs to be a pool only for Muslim because it’s uncomfortable with our families”
