“What I liked most was the structure: very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, generous and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. It has been a long time since I found such a good level of service, hospitality and organization in Tunisia. Compliments to all the staff. Overall, the stay was positive. The food was decent, but could be improved in terms of attention to detail and meat preparation ect, which was sometimes a bit tough. The all-inclusive drinks could also be better: espresso and cappuccino etc were not available, only alternatives such as American-style coffee, and the juices did not seem very natural.”
