“Room had no view it was buildings which were not nice to look at, room had bare electrical wires in toilet coming out the wall, toilet and bathroom kept having a strong smell of faeces really not nice, entrance to hotel is nice but as soon as you exit lift to your floor it then becomes a let down, felt uneasy and pressured to pay tips all the time and where we had to sit for meals, only good thing about holiday was the pool, there was a mix up with how long to stayed and we had 5 nights here and they were trying to check us out after day 1 which made us feel like our holiday was ended after 1 day. They made the mistake not us and then no apology. Would not come back.”
