“Excellent location. Staff more than ok. The bed linen was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room on the highest floors was very noisy. Every step taken in the corridor could be clearly heard from inside the room. The main reason seems to be the large gap (approximately 2.5 cm) under the door, which provides almost no sound insulation. Even normal conversations taking place in the corridor could be heard clearly from the bed, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in the bathtub, apparently left behind by someone who had entered it wearing shoes during the cleaning process (or not cleaned after the previous use). I also noticed several bugs in the room. In addition, both the carpet and the floor were not clean. After walking around the room in white socks, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned properly. Overall, the cleanliness and noise levels were disappointing and need significant improvement.”
