“This resort met all my expectations. I am very impressed with the hotel management. I strongly recommend Mook, a hotel manager who was very professional, patient, gracious, polite and was able to fix our problem. Please take note on the website the difference between a view of the pool and actual access to the pool. These are 2 different reservations. Mook understood this and we were able to work out a solution with 24 hours, then I was in the room of my dreams. The hotel is really 5 star. We finally got access to the 50 meter pool, which you can swim up to the room. The beach is lovely but you have to walk away from the area of hotel guests. Breakfast included had a lot of selection and was very good. Large room, bed, linens, pillows were excellent as well as for room cleaning. On site restaurants(you pay) were 5 star excellent and I returned 3 times.”
