“This was our 5th stay and the experiences keep getting better. From our very first stay it was the exceptional service and care from the staff that kept us coming back each time. In this most recent stay, the lovely staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and to make sure all our dietary needs were met. Khun Num Pan, Dina, and Jane gave us warm friendly welcomes each time we entered the hotel. Khun Thak Sina, Kate, Fin and Ice looked after us each morning at breakfast to ensure we had everything we needed. F & B manager Khun Champi was amazing with her attention to detail; we felt so well cared for by her team. Our children love it here because there is so much for them to do. Khun Peach has been with this hotel for over a decade, and he is so good at interacting with children. GM Chris meets his guests almost every day to ensure an enjoyable stay. This hotel feels like home to us because we are treated with such special care. It is impossible to mention every staff member, but each do an exceptional job. The culture in this hotel is the best of anywhere that I have stayed, the grounds are clean and give a warm, tropical vibe, the water slides are fun and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for our next stay and to see all our friends at the hotel again. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!”
