“Nothing. We came for Deluxe studio, but got the bad room for animal without toilet & shower, with insects in the bad, this was separate from the main building property. We asked, whats this, cause we booked a deluxe room with a bath tub, toilet inside, and received the answer: "we are fully booked, we have only "this" room available". They were not able to answer my question, why they didnt withdraw their property from booking.com if they are fully booked. We didnt stay in this property despite it was night and we were with a baby, we went to the other hotel, but they still didnt refund us. And booking.com was returning me an error when i tried to cancel facility. Then i wrote to support 2 days ago and still didnt receive any answer. So, be careful. Everything.
