“Nothing, some features were ok. Room was clean. Pretty close to beach. Upon arrival. Check in was located in their staff office. We weren't welcomed in. We had to find it ourselves and when we did, we felt like we were inconvenience to them. Eventually we checked in and were shown the room. The room was ok. The bed wasn't comfortable but fine. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. The containers were empty. The curtains didn't stop the light and it wasn't remotely sound proofed. We could see and hear outside in the evening. Next day there was no breakfast. We paid for it and nothing was there. The one staff member present said she wasn't told about breakfast and we should call the manager ourselves if she was expected to cook. We left shortly after. We didn't check out as there were no staff to give the key to. We just left.”
