“Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF THERE’S FIRE HOW WILL I GET DOWN THESE STAIRS WITHOUT FALLING? It was about 100 degrees outside and about 110 in the room. AC WAS BROKEN. I decided to go to another hotel. It was more difficult to get my luggage down the stairs than dragging it up. This whole ordeal was exhausting in the heat. ”
