“Overall, the hotel is good and the reception staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They helped arrange boat rides and tours at reasonable prices, which was convenient. The room soundproofing was not great, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms at night. One thing that felt unusual was that when I turned on the TV, it showed a CCTV view of the pier. I’m not sure why this was available, but personally it made me uncomfortable and did not feel appropriate. The breakfast experience also needs improvement. On the first day, breakfast was arranged near the pool, but the table was very wet and there were no chairs set up. When we asked for the table to be cleaned, the cleaning caused dirt/water to fall onto the food placed below the table. We also had to find chairs ourselves because only the food was placed there and left.”
