“Best place we have stayed in Thailand. Baan Khao Sok is everything we wanted from our trip. Family run, beautiful surroundings, authentic treehouses, welcoming and relaxing. The whole atmosphere here is amazing. You really feel like you're in the jungle yet still only a short walk to the town where there are lots of restaurants. Right on the riverside as well. They helped us when our tour fell through and I hadn't realised I could have booked all my tours through them. Next time we will definitely go through them. They know the local providers and helped us to avoid a seemingly ethical elephant sanctuary which had been sold to us, instead helping to link us up with a genuinely ethical project run by locals. We love the whole area and if/when return wouldn't hesitate to book here again. ”
