“The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was spacious and the hotel was close to a 7/11 and some shopping malls. After checking in we did not have a first good impression. The hotel did not meet our expectations and was in our opinion not value for the money we paid. We had to walk very far from the elevator to our room which was in the backside of the building. The corridor to the room was too dark. The view of the room was non existing and also the outside unit of the airconditioning was very loud which made it not easy to sleep. After requesting a room change, we got a room just above the lobby roof. Except from the distance to the only elevator this was not really an improvement. The outside unit from the airconditioning was still loud, the view was nothing and in the evening and night there was a lot of noise from motorbikes. Eventhough we stayed for one week, we don't think we will return in the future.”
