“The breakfast was good. The rooms had dust all over and a musty smell. This triggered my kids' asthma.There were lots of mosquitos in the room which made staying there a terrible experience. The fixtures such as the door handle to the bathroom were broken. This was brought to the attention of the staff, but was never repaired. The AC was noisy, and it did not work at all in one of the two rooms we had.The linen was frayed and torn. The toilet did not flush properly. There was a dirty wall two feet away from the balcony, so the balcony was a joke. The rooms were nothing like what was shown in the photos. We cancelled the booking after seeing the rooms and Booking.com confirmed the cancellation at zero cost. But the hotel refused to reimburse the amount paid for two nights. So, we had no choice but to stay for one more night and he subjected to an appalling experience. All in all, this was an unpleasant experience.”
