“Ok. Hotel was emailed to request close car park as I have dogs with me. They stated they did have close parking. Parking up a step hill 1 in away and expected to walk with luggage and dogs. Not without seriously injuring yourself. I did not even check in to this hotel as they lied in the email and it was just ridiculous and dangerous what the hotel offered in car parking. So they enjoyed 1700 baht if my money for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend this fraudulent hotel to anyone. It's a total scam.”
