“Absolutely amazing hotel in every way - awesome customer service, spotlessly clean accommodation, great facilities and awesome food which we enjoyed for 30 days. Top of the list is the service - from the minute we checked in we were made to feel so welcome with friendly smiles and first class customer service from Bow, Urai, and others on the front desk. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with beautiful flower and towel displays celebrating my husband’s birthday. this was five star housekeeping standards. Great facilities with two pools on site and access to the sister resort of Cape Panwa by quick shuttle bus for private beach and another pool. Food and breakfast service was awesome, fantastic buffet breakfast with plenty of variety and everything freshly topped up throughout the morning. Special shout out to as the dining room manager and staff as it was kept spotless throughout. Location of hotel great for restaurants at night with most less than 5 minutes walk. Same for both supermarkets 7-11 and Tops. Awesome stay, would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, you”ll leave feeling part of a family. We’ll definitely be back next year.”
