“It was honestly difficult for us to leave, and my children even cried at check-out because they had fallen in love with this beautiful place and its wonderful people. A special thank you to Mr. Hongte, an exceptional manager and leader. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are reflected throughout the entire resort. Even on his day off, he stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was perfect. When he learned that our next hotel had a late check-in, he kindly arranged a late check-out until 12:30 PM. Outstanding leaders create outstanding teams, and it truly shows here. Although there is no spa, the hotel can arrange an in-room massage. We enjoyed a two-hour massage for only 1,000 THB, which was excellent value. The only thing I missed was room service. I was pleasantly surprised by the Italian restaurant. Despite some negative reviews I had read, the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I hope to see more variety in the future. The stables and animal area were highlights for our family. My children loved the ducks, horses, and ponies. Horse riding costs 500 THB for 15 minutes, and the adorable vintage mini cars cost 350 THB for 30 minutes. There is also a lovely coffee shop beside the stables where parents can relax while children have fun. Special thanks to Fon, who went above and beyond by looking after my children during horse riding, taking photos and videos, and always making sure they were safe. Meen at the coffee shop was always cheerful and helpful. Bam was sweet and helpful when taking us around by buggy. Milin at the Japanese restaurant was amazing with my children and made them feel so special. Aom from the Italian restaurant was professional, attentive, and always welcoming. What truly makes Rancho Charnvee special is not only the beautiful surroundings, but its people. Thanks again to Mr. Hongte and his wonderful team for creating unforgettable memories♥️”
