“We had the pleasure of visiting Eden on our yearly trip to Thailand and was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. So, the breakfast is great. We really enjoyed that, and the rooms are just fine - we don't waste much time in the rooms anyways apart from sleeping at night. But to be honest we were a bit disappointed. The hotel needs a bit of upgrading, as it is showing signs of being worn down. And often it was difficult to get sun-beds - unless you participated in the 'Early-Morning-Sunbed-Race' to secure a spot. Another thing that really annoyed us was that our son got a very bad food poising from the Pizza-restaurant. And of course it happened on the very last day. Let's just say that it made for a very bad trip home. I know this can happen any place, but when I reached out to the hotel on email to inform them about this - so that it perhaps can be avoided in the future - I was met with absolute silence... That is just bad service!”
