The beautifully and creatively arranged “Welcome Back” surprise was such a lovely gesture and made us very happy. The entire service staff was also absolutely wonderful — always friendly, warm-hearted and always with a smile. This kindness and hospitality made us feel completely comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We are also very grateful that we were able to have a late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in a relaxed way.
