“เพิ่งเข้าพักที่ B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget มาค่ะ/ครับ อยากจะบอกว่าประทับใจสุดๆ กับการบริการของ น้องอ๊อก (ธวัช) พนักงานต้อนรับกะบ่าย ครับ! ตอนเช็คอินมีปัญหาเรื่องเงินมัดจำพอดี เพราะไม่มีเงินสดติดตัวเลย น้องอ๊อกนี่แหละครับ ที่มีไหวพริบสุดๆ ช่วยจัดการแก้ปัญหาให้ทุกอย่างผ่านฉลุย แถมยังใจดีช่วยจัดห้องมุมให้ตามที่เราอยากได้อีกด้วย คือประทับใจมากจริงๆ ที่น้องอ๊อกดูแลดี ใส่ใจลูกค้า แถมยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เก่งมากๆ โรงแรมนี้โชคดีที่มีพนักงานแบบนี้ ควรสนับสนุนน้องให้เต็มที่เลยครับ! ใครมาพักที่นี่แล้วเจอน้องอ๊อก รับรองว่าแฮปปี้แน่นอน! 😊 Just stayed at B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget and I have to say, I was super impressed with the service, especially from Oak (Thawat), the afternoon shift receptionist! I had a bit of a tricky situation with the cash deposit during check-in because I didn't have any cash on me. Oak was incredibly quick-witted and helped me sort everything out smoothly. On top of that, he was super kind and managed to get me a corner room just like I wanted! I was genuinely so impressed with how attentive he was and how well he handled a tricky situation on the spot. This hotel is really lucky to have such an amazing employee. He definitely deserves all the support! If you stay here and meet Oak, you're guaranteed to have a happy experience! 😊”
