“They refunded our money without questions. At least that was fair... I normally don't write negative reviews, but this is an exception. We got the rooms in the corner of the garden. In the room, there was a loud, horrible noise like from a jet plane, filling everything, making the walls tremble. It was constant, and it was impossible even to talk in the room. At first we thought it's our AC, and switched it off despite the heat, but it didn't help. The source of the noise turned out to be 8 (eight!!) outdoor AC units installed right on our wall outside, working all at the same time. I've never seen such a thing. So they are trying to sell rooms not fit for living. It was like some industrial space, but with beds. The worst was that we arrived in the evening, we didn't expect anything wrong, and we realised that this noise was not going to end only some time after we unpacked our stuff. So we had to search for somewhere else to spend the night at 11 pm. Everything was already booked everywhere, and we almost ended up on the street. The next day we had to pack and move again because everything in Krabi was booked in advance for the next days. We lost a full day due to this. Also: the desk was several meters away from the nearest socket, and when we arrived, we had to put it closer by ourselves to be able to use the laptop.”
