“When we first arrived there were a couple of minor issues with the room, however we let the staff know and they fixed everything very quickly. From then on we couldn’t fault the service, from room cleaning, to pool bar and breakfast- all the staff were great. Good points- - the pool area is beautiful, lovely big pools, loads of space. - the service in the bar was efficient - the breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station which at least one of us visited daily. - we had a two bedroom suite, which was spacious for 4 of us, essentially two adjoining hotel rooms, so helpful to have two bathrooms. - water was provided free of charge. - efficient aircon - comfortable beds - the hotel is in a great location close to the night market, everything is walkable and it is in a lovely less crazy areas that krabi town itself. You get the best of both as it’s lively, but is also tucked away so it’s nice and quiet and you get a good sense of space. - there is a lovely cafe (breeze) at the entrance to the car park, which does nice coffee.”
