“The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were very spacious for two people. The drivers were also really kind. The pictures just didn’t match the reality. The whole pool/slide area hasn’t been renovated since the building with the paint peeling off and dangerous sharp parts sticking out. The water in the pool looked like it had also been there for at least half a year. Almost no pools were filled to the top. On top of that the receptionist has the audacity to tell us that the pool is opened. There’s also a huge almost empty water storage area right next to it which doesn’t add any plus points to the property. The breakfast was close to 10 Euros but looked and tasted more like it has been on the plates for a few days at least. There was barely any water coming out the showers in the rooms. The reception staff didn’t speak English very well and was not very helpful with getting free. transfers which they include in their offers. Overall just disappointing.”
