“Awful, horrible staff, horrible location. We’ve been in contact with the property regarding our stay, who agreed to give me half my money back (better than nothing) however, I’ve been chasing this payment for the past 2 weeks, and now they have changed their minds and are refusing to give me a refund (I have it all in writing that they will refund me and have asked for my bank details). The property was horrendous, we had dirty walls covered in squashed mosquitos, the bathroom was also covered with mosquitos, the door to the bungalow didn’t lock properly so didn’t feel safe at night or to leave any belongings if we went out in the day. They say that the boat to the centre was 700baht, but it actually was 1500baht per person one way in the evenings so we were never able to leave the resort. There were a handful of restaurants which charged double the price (as they know we can’t get to the centre without having to get out a loan). I would not recommend this property. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay in this resort. The staff are so rude.”
