“I only liked the location. The hotel is in a great spot and very convenient, but apart from that, nothing else stood out to me. The staff were not friendly and never smiled, which made us feel unwelcome. The hotel required a 1,000 THB deposit, but this information was not mentioned in the booking instructions. I only had 800 THB in cash and offered to pay the remaining amount a few hours later, but they refused and would not let me enter the room, even though I had already paid for my stay. I had to walk several minutes to find an ATM, withdraw money, and return to the hotel. The whole process was unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. The hotel should improve its customer service and train its staff to be more respectful and welcoming.”
