“The private beach was very nice, suitable for swimming, though there were at times small jellyfish to watch out for. It's an extremely quiet area, since there is no other accommodation nearby and hardly any boats. The room was very nice and the resort in general is very well maintained. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was a fairly basic buffet affair but it was delicious. Comfortable loungers with thatch umbrellas were provided at the beach and they are well spaced out. There is a hiking path right next to the resort which goes to the main beach of the island, as well as to a beautiful sunset viewpoint. There is also a short hiking path to the nearby purple rock bay. The restaurant was severely overpriced and there was only one other option in the area for eating, which was also overpriced. I ended up hiking to the main beach every day for eating, which was actually fine for me because I love hiking. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and emitted some clicking sounds that made it difficult to sleep at times.”
