“Located in a beautiful area, overlooking the jungle. Consists of raised platforms with tents. A bit of a bohemian atmosphere. This could've been a great place to stay. Unfortunately, not the case. Khao Sok in general is a money making machine, and this place is the same. Food bland and more expensive than in the village, all trips and excursions more expensive, as well as have overheard other tourists complaining about the low quality. We booked transportation for departure in advance, only to be told the evening of our last day that we'd have to pay more, due to "insert_random_reason_here". We did not accept, went to the village and literally the first place we asked was cheaper than the initial offer we got. Last but not least, we arrived to find that our initial booking was ignored and out of 3 tents, one was changed to a smaller one. Ok, fine, let's say we'd accept that. However, all tents, especially this last one, had many many holes everywhere, so we had to spend an hour during our first day sewing holes to avoid mosquitos. The bathrooms are.. as you imagine. To top it off, to the edge of the property, the mountain of garbage thrown towards the jungle.”
