“The hotel is beautiful, the food is good and the staff is very friendly I didn't like the fact that I had to continously ask for toilet paper and water. In most days there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in a family room with 4 people and there was 4 bottles of water 500ml in that scotching heat. If a person has to drink a minimum of 2.5L a day, then we were supposed to have more that the bottles given to us. What also irritated me is when housekeeping gave us only one bath towel, I asked reception and they said they hotel is fully booked and they're running out of towels!! How the hell is that my problem, I paid for the stay & I expect them to solve their problems, it's none of my business that they're failing to manage themselves. Why on earth was my room not filled with towels, is it because I'm black, i really hated this action from them!!!”
